My system GPA 515-8G, 399-8A and MRII564

Hello, some details are my DIY speakers including drivers following GPA 515-8G, GPA 399-8A and MRII564, they are bass-reflex load of 330 liters, the fund is made in multiples of birch from Finland with a thickness of 24mm, all is stuck with groove, the back is removable for the development of drivers.

There is no insulation on the inside, just a carpet on the ground.

Screening for low frequencies is a 600hz/12db and high frequencies, it is a 600hz/6db.

I use tube amps JH50 LECTRON (push-pull EL34) or Sonic Frontiers SFS-40 (push-pull KT88)

Some good ideas for crossover construction here. I was thinking of somthing similar using motor caps (I have a milk crate full of them) + winding my own Inductors. MCM sells the TEMA Inductance + Capacitance meter model 72-8155 which is ocassionally on sale . I picked one up and find it very handy (See Pix)

Tried to wind my own inductors by hand, what a PITA! Gave up and shelled out the cash for Solen Hepta-litz inductors.

Winding my own inductors is something I've wanted to try. It's just not on the priority list at this point, Though.
